Red, White and Blue Cocktail
2 oz. grenadine
6 oz. lemonade
3 oz. vodka
2 oz. blue curacao
Pour 1 oz. grenadine into each glass, fill with ice
Mix together the lemonade and vodka. Pour slowly 1/2 into each glass
Hold an upside down spoon over the glass and slowly pour the curacao over to create the blue layer
Serve immediately! Enjoy !!
Red, White and Blue Dessert
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese (Softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. Almond extract
2 cups heavy whipping cream (whipped)
2 qts. strawberries (halved)
2 qts. blueberries
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and both extracts until fluffy.
Fold in whipped cream.
Place 1/3 of the mixture into a clear bowl.
Reserve 20 strawberry halves and 1/2 cup blueberries for garnish
Layer 1/2 the remaining strawberries and blueberries over the cream mixture
Top with another 1/3 of the mixture, add remaining berries
Spread the remaining cream and decorate with the last berries in a flag shape
