NON-EMPLOYED APPLICANT(S) MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INCOME
PREVIOUS RENTAL HISTORY FROM LANDLORDS MUST REFLECT:
TIMELY PAYMENTS
SUFFICIENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE
NO COMPLAINTS REGARDING NOISE, DISTURBANCES OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
NO UNPAID NSF CHECKS
NO DAMAGE TO RENTAL PROPERTY OR FAILURE TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY CLEAN AND WITHOUT DAMAGE WHEN YOU LEFT THE PROPERTY
NO MONIES OWED TO PREVIOUS LANDLORDS.
CREDIT & CIVIL COURT RECORDS MUST NOT CONTAIN:

EVICTION FILINGS
COLLECTIONS
LIENS
FORECLOSURE AND BANKRUPTCY MUST NOT BE WITHIN THE PAST THREE (3) YEARS.
APPLICANTS MUST NOT HAVE:
FELONY RECORD THAT WAS ADJUDICATED GUILTY OR HAD ADJUDICATION WITHHELD WITHIN THE LAST 5 YEARS.
ANY SEXUALLY RELATED OFFENSES FOR ANY TIME PERIOD
APPLICANTS CONVICTED OF MANUFACTURE OR DISTRIBUTION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WILL BE DENIED.
APPLICANTS WITH FELONIES RESULTING IN BODILY HARM OR INTENTIONAL DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY WILL BE DENIED.
