Barnes & Phillips Real Estate understands that maintenance and / or repair issues may be necessary from time to time during the rental period. When these repairs and / or maintenance issues arise, they are to be reported to us immediately so we may get the issue taken care of in a timely manner. Non-emergency repairs and / or maintenance are usually completed within 5 - 7 days and it is your responsibility to provide access to the repair person during normal business hours. If you are in need of a non-emergency repair or maintenance, please complete the request form below and our Maintenance Manager will be in contact with you during normal business hours. If the requested repair is an emergency (water leak, roof leak, a/c issue, or electrical issue) please make note of that in the notes area below.
